Where It Holds Up / Where It Falls Short
Where It Holds Up
- States a specific, directly confirmed guarantee structure: up to $50 in credit, for a first session with any given advisor, once every 30 days.
- Names its operating entity (Barges Technologies, Inc.) and a specific headquarters address directly on its own Terms of Use page.
- A support email address and a web contact form are both directly confirmed on its Contact page.
Where It Falls Short
- Purple Garden's own Payment Policy and Terms of Use state two different windows for what appears to be the same guarantee — 7 days in one, 3 days in the other — and neither page resolves the conflict.
- No per-minute rate, rate range, or credit-bundle price could be found anywhere on the site; both the homepage and the advisor-listing page are JavaScript single-page apps that returned no pricing content.
- Credits issued under the guarantee are explicitly 'not eligible for reimbursement' — there is no path to a cash refund for a session already taken.
- The vetting page names only one concrete step (a submitted test reading), with no interview, background check, or skills test comparable to several other platforms on this list.
- No founding year, published hours, or supported languages were found on any page retrieved.
This review is built entirely from Purple Garden’s own published pages — its Payment Policy, its Terms of Use, its for-advisors page, and its Contact page — quoted and linked below with the date we read them. Nobody on this desk has created an account, paid for a session, or spoken to a Purple Garden advisor. See our full method on How We Test. Bottom line
Purple Garden states a specific, directly confirmed refund-credit structure and names its operating entity and address plainly — but its own Payment Policy and Terms of Use disagree with each other about how many days you actually have to file a claim, and its pricing is entirely invisible to a static visit, since both the homepage and the advisor listings are JavaScript single-page apps.

Scored against the same six-category, 100-point rubric applied to all six platforms on the Rankings page. Every card links to the exact page we read.

Price Transparency
Homepage and advisor-listing page are both JavaScript single-page apps; no price of any kind was found on the site.

02 25 pts
Refund & Guarantee Terms
A specific $50 credit cap is confirmed directly, but the Payment Policy and Terms of Use give two different claim windows for the same guarantee.

03 20 pts
Reader Vetting Disclosure
Names one concrete step — a submitted test reading — with no interview, background check, or skills-test detail disclosed.

04 10 pts
Service Breadth & Availability
Voice and video are evidenced only by a help-article title (body blocked, 403); apps are confirmed, but hours and languages are not.
3/10
05 10 pts
Trust & Disclosure Signals
Names its entity, address, and contact channels directly — but its own guarantee pages contradict each other on the claim window.

Site Usability & Clarity
Not assessable — a static fetch of the homepage and the advisor-listing page returned no navigable content at all.
2/10
What They Publish About Pricing
Not retrievable. We attempted purplegarden.co’s homepage and its /psychics advisor-listing page — both are JavaScript-rendered single-page apps, and a static fetch returned only a meta description with no pricing content on either one. No per-minute rate, rate range, or credit-bundle price was found on any purplegarden.co page we could independently fetch. That is a genuine gap in what we could confirm, not a claim that Purple Garden hides its pricing from actual visitors using a browser.
We also found no page stating a distinct free-introductory-minutes offer, separate from the post-session Satisfaction Guarantee credit described below.
The Guarantee, Quoted
Purple Garden’s Payment Policy page fetched directly and is specific about what the guarantee actually is:
“As a marketplace platform, Barges Technologies, Inc. does not offer refunds to Members for Services rendered by an Advisor.” “If your conversation didn’t meet your expectations, you may be eligible to receive a credit to your account up to $50 in Purple Garden credits.” “Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first session with any advisor” and “can be requested once every 30 days for conversations you’ve had in the past 7 days.” “Credits issued to your Purple Garden account are not eligible for reimbursement.”
Source: purplegarden.co/pages/payment-policy · Retrieved 2026-08-05
A genuine inconsistency between two of Purple Garden’s own pages, reported as found — we are not resolving it in either direction. The Payment Policy above gives a 7-day window (“conversations you’ve had in the past 7 days”). The same domain’s Terms of Use page states a different window for what reads as the same general refund request:
“Refund requests must be made by email transmission to [email protected], within 3 days of the completion of the Order.”
Source: purplegarden.co/terms-of-use · Retrieved 2026-08-05
Seven days versus three days is not a small gap when the entire guarantee is time-boxed. Both pages are live, both are Purple Garden’s own, and neither cross-references the other. If you’re relying on this guarantee, the honest answer is: we don’t know which window actually governs a real claim, and neither page tells you either.
How They Say They Vet Readers
Purple Garden’s for-advisors page states:
“Only professional psychic advisors with proven track records in the spiritual advice industry will be accepted.” “Follow the instructions to submit your profile along with a test reading. We will review shortly after and let you know if you’ve been accepted.”
Source: purplegarden.co/for-advisors · Retrieved 2026-08-05
That names one genuinely concrete step — a submitted test reading gets reviewed before acceptance — which is more than Kasamba discloses. But it stops there: no interview is mentioned, no background check is mentioned, and no specific skills criteria beyond “proven track records” is spelled out anywhere we could find.
What They Don’t Disclose
Set against the rubric, this is a substantial list for Purple Garden specifically:
- Any per-minute rate, rate range, or credit-bundle price on a page that could be independently fetched — the site is a JavaScript single-page app throughout.
- A distinct free-introductory-minutes offer, separate from the Satisfaction Guarantee credit.
- Founding year.
- Published hours.
- Languages supported.
- The full text of its “Voice & Video Call Transcripts” help article — only the title could be confirmed; the body returned HTTP 403.
- Which of its own two stated refund windows (3 days or 7 days) actually governs a real claim.
A documented cross-platform fact, reported without an ownership claim: Purple Garden’s Terms of Use gives its operating entity as “BARGES TECHNOLOGIES, INC,” headquartered at “182 Howard Street, #826, San Francisco, CA 94105” — the identical street address independently confirmed on Kasamba, Inc.’s own Terms page and identified, via a search snippet, on Keen’s own User Agreement page. None of the three platforms’ pages we retrieved states an ownership relationship between the brands, so we are not asserting one; we’re reporting the match because it’s a directly-sourced fact worth knowing.
Who It Suits / Who Should Skip It
Purple Garden’s published pages suit an existing, loyal customer of a specific advisor who is unlikely to ever test the guarantee. It’s a poor fit for a first-time comparison shopper: there’s no visible pricing anywhere on the public site, the vetting disclosure is thinner than several competitors’, and the platform’s own pages can’t agree with each other about how many days you actually have to file a refund claim.
Where It Holds Up
- States a specific, directly confirmed $50 credit cap, once every 30 days, for a first session.
- Names its operating entity and headquarters address directly on its own Terms page.
- A support email and a web contact form are both directly confirmed.
Where It Falls Short
- Its own Payment Policy and Terms of Use give two different claim windows for the same guarantee.
- No pricing of any kind is visible on the public site.
- Vetting discloses only one step — a test reading — with no interview or background-check detail.
