Do you accept payment for a higher ranking?
No. We earn a standard affiliate commission when someone signs up through a link on this site, disclosed on every review, but commission size has no input into scoring or rank. See our Editorial Policy for the full breakdown.
Are you affiliated with any of the platforms you review?
Only as an affiliate partner earning a standard referral commission, the same relationship most review sites disclose. We are not owned by, staffed by, or contracted to favor any platform we cover.
Have you actually paid for readings at these sites?
No. We don’t create accounts, buy sessions, or interact with readers on any platform we cover. Everything on this site is sourced from what a platform publishes about itself — pricing pages, terms of service, guarantee wording, reader-vetting claims — quoted and linked with the date we read it. We think that’s a more honest thing to claim than pretending a handful of reviewers secretly bought readings at six competitors, and it means you can verify every claim here yourself, for free.
How do you choose which platforms to cover?
We prioritize the platforms most commonly searched for and compared by people researching a first-time or repeat psychic reading purchase. Being covered is not an endorsement — some of the lowest scores on this site belong to well-known names.
How often are the rankings updated?
On a fixed quarterly review cycle, stated on the Rankings page, plus ad hoc updates when we’re made aware of a material pricing or policy change.
Do you believe psychic readings are real?
We don’t take a position on that, and it isn’t what this site scores. We score the service: pricing clarity, reader-vetting disclosure, refund and guarantee wording, and trust signals, the same way you’d want any purchase reviewed.
What if my experience with a platform is different from your review?
That’s expected. This site scores what a platform publishes, not what any individual reader delivers in a session. Two people can have very different experiences with the same platform even when the published terms are identical. Our score reflects the platform’s own stated policies. It’s one input, not the only one you should use.
How do you check refund policies?
We read the platform’s own guarantee and refund wording, on its terms page, help center, or a dedicated guarantee page, and quote it directly rather than summarize it. If the wording is vague about timeframe, process, or exclusions, that’s scored as a weakness, not filled in with an assumption. See our full method on How We Test.
