On top of the standard rate, a separate new-customer offer advertises rates “as low as $1 per minute” (with unspecified exclusions), and a promo landing page layers a third figure on top of that: code 553752 for “psychic readings as low as $0.60 per minute,” described as available “online one time only” for new customers. A “Price Protection” program separately holds a returning customer’s negotiated rate with a specific advisor if they rebook within 30 days (45 days for Membership Rewards members). What the pricing pages do not mention anywhere we could find is any extra or hidden fee layered on top of the quoted per-minute rate.

Psychic Source calls its policy a Satisfaction Guarantee. Its FAQ page states the claim window directly: customers should act “within 24 hours of your reading” and “log in to your account and go to the Refunds section.”

Note what the page does not say: it never specifies whether a successful claim actually results in a refund or in time back — both are mentioned as possibilities elsewhere on the page, without stating which one a given claim receives. Combined with the company’s stated right to refuse any request outright, this is a guarantee with a clear deadline but a genuinely open-ended outcome.
How They Say They Vet Readers
Psychic Source’s advisor-recruitment page is more specific than most of its competitors’ equivalent pages. It states directly:

The same page names a five-step pipeline: “Submit your application”, then applicants are “invited to answer pre-recorded interview questions”, then “Schedule and complete a video interview which also includes a live reading”, then “Successful applicants will be offered a contract”, then “Complete the onboarding process.” That’s a genuinely specific, multi-stage description — notably, it includes an actual live reading as part of the interview itself, not just a resume review. A third-party estimate circulating elsewhere online puts the acceptance rate at 2% rather than the platform’s own stated 5%; we have not independently verified that figure and it is not used anywhere in this review’s scoring.
What They Don’t Disclose
Set against the six-category rubric, several things Psychic Source could plainly state are simply absent from every page we could find:

None of these are minor. A per-minute rate without a fee disclosure is an incomplete price. A guarantee that never says refund-or-time-back, paired with an undisclosed acceptance rate for free minutes, leaves real money terms genuinely unclear before you pay.
Who It Suits / Who Should Skip It
Psychic Source’s published pages suit someone who wants to check a specific advisor’s rate up front and values a platform that at least names its vetting steps rather than waving at “hand-picked” readers. It’s a weaker fit for anyone who wants a guarantee that spells out exactly what they’ll get back if a reading falls short — Psychic Source’s own wording leaves that outcome, and its right to refuse the claim entirely, open.
